Information you provide

We collect the answers you submit, including:

• Your practice’s eligibility, revenue range, number of people billing clients, and regulated status.
• Your descriptions of business challenges, time spent on admin, priority to change, and reaction to the CoHeld concept.
• Optional comments and your choice about a research conversation.
• Your name and email if you request follow-up, or your email if you request the compiled results.

We also record a response ID, survey and consent versions, source link, timestamps, survey steps, completion time, and device category. These help us understand completion and review data quality.

Please leave client names, confidential client information, Social Security numbers, and payment-card details out of your answers.

How we use information

We use answers to understand practices’ needs and assess the proposed model. We use contact details only for the research follow-up or results you choose. Research permission and results requests are separate; neither adds you to a marketing list. We do not sell your contact details.

We also use information to operate the survey, investigate errors or misuse, and meet legal obligations. Test mode validates the form without saving survey answers, contact details, or survey events.

Hosting, cookies, and technical information

The website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and application storage. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the service.

Hosting and access-control services may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, sign-in, and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect access or functionality.

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. The website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

When information is shared

Information is available to the CoHeld team and service providers as needed to conduct the research, fulfill your selected follow-up, and host, store, or protect the survey and its records.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect legal rights or address fraud and security concerns, or when you ask us to or authorize us to do so.

Individual responses and contact details are not displayed publicly. Compiled results use aggregate findings; your name and email are not included. Hosting and service providers may process information in locations where they operate.

How long information is kept

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to conduct the research, communicate with you, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The retention period depends on the information, the status of our relationship, and applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

Submitting the survey and sharing contact details are optional. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw your contact permission, by emailing admin@ardenclark.com. Include your response ID if you have it, or the email you provided, so we can identify the record.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights; we will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Security

We use the access controls and security features of our hosting and storage services to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been exposed or misused, contact admin@ardenclark.com.

Children

This website is intended for adult consulting founders and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact admin@ardenclark.com so we can investigate and arrange deletion where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our information practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
